A Party Palace – Part Time Sales Assistant/Driver

Fridays & Saturdays – 8-16 hours per week. East Sheen

We are looking for lively, energetic, creative, customer focused sales assistant to work in our shop.

We also need help with our expanding balloon delivery service so we are looking for someone who would be willing to drive our van and be the face of A Party Palace when delivering balloons (and joy) to houses and venues!

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving licence and plenty of driving experience.

We are looking for at least one year’s customer facing experience, someone who will enjoy a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn all about balloons! We offer lots of balloon training, so no previous experience is required.

A Party Palace – Part-Time Sales Assistant

Tuesday, Thursdays & Saturdays (some flexibility possible), 16-24 hours per week. East Sheen.

We are searching for a lively, energetic, creative and customer focused sales assistant to work with us in the shop.

At least one year’s customer facing experience is required and the ability to work under pressure and enjoy the buzz of a busy shop is essential.

We will give you plenty of training on balloons so no previous experience working with balloons is necessary. We just need you to be enthusiastic and willing to learn.

Other duties include:- dealing with stock deliveries, cash handling, re-merchandising the shop, general house-keeping.

The British Tennis Services Team (BTST) provides all our customers with a high level of quality and professional service over the phone and by email. We are looking for people who are passionate about engaging with customers and delivering remarkable service. Ideally applicants will have prior experience in a customer-facing environment, and wish to develop their service skills while contributing to the success of an enthusiastic and driven team.

We encourage applicants who are looking to build their service careers.  Strong IT and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is as the ability to remain calm under pressure with the focus on the customer at the heart of everything you do. An interest in, and knowledge of, tennis is desired but training will be provided.
