How’s your business looking?

Is your business established but in need of a fresh look? Are you just starting out and looking for someone who can create your corporate or brand identity? Perhaps you’re feeling the need for a new or updated website or to get to grips with social media? Or maybe you have an event or tradestand planned and need help with its design, build and delivery?

Whatever your design needs, it’s good to know that there is approachable, talented and affordable help on hand here in SW14 – and it’s called Sputnik Design.

Headed by local resident, Jason Regan, a man with stacks of creative, design and marketing experience gained in leading agencies, consultancy roles and publishing, Sputnik’s aim is to give you what you need, whatever it is that you need. Equally, if you are in any doubt, Jason will help you define your needs.

“Regardless of the size and scope of a project, my aim is to give clients the solution that works for them by working with them to understand their business and their needs. Great design’s a given but it should never be art for art’s sake; it needs to work hard and be consistent wherever and however it’s seen,” says Jason.

Jason is passionate about giving his clients the best, both technically and aesthetically, taking into account the big picture as well as the fine detail and balancing business reality and design integrity. He also believes that the relationship doesn’t end once the design is delivered – he remains available to all clients to support them in their marketing endeavours.

A huge fan of film, music and media in general, he keeps abreast of the fast pace of change in the digital and design worlds.

“Each project begins with an analysis of what the client is after, who their audience and competitors are and what their aims are for their business,” adds Jason.

An advocate of a multi-channelled approach to business marketing success (that’s everything from logo to website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, PR, advertising, flyers and networking events), Jason says that it is becoming progressively harder for businesses to ignore the importance of mobile devices. That’s why all of the websites he designs are responsive, changing format so that they look good whether they are viewed on a PC, iPad or smart phone.

On the subject of digital marketing, Jason can get you started with social media, such as Facebook or Twitter but is also able to help, through a close business contact, should you find that it’s too time consuming or just not your thing.

“Social media is vital in helping drive traffic to your website and keeping people in touch with your business but there’s nothing worse than dormant accounts. Most people don’t know that updates to both can be outsourced – a huge help when time’s tight.”

If you think Jason looks familiar, it could be that you’ve seen him in his other guise – as a member of local party outfit The Sheen Resistance, which offers great fun nights of dancing to retro sounds for those old enough to know better but young enough not to care!

If you want your design to sing and dance, why not contact Jason for an informal chat:

“Jason combines the unusual talents of being highly creative but with a real commercial edge. His instinctive understanding of a client’s brief makes him very easy to work with and the standard of delivery is exceptional, even on very tight deadlines.”
