Two great local businesses – MightofMajor and Pickle & Rye – have come together to bring you Brunch Club Boot Camp on the basis that effort and reward go hand in hand!
Katie of MightofMajor is a popular local personal trainer and will be running Brunch Club Boot Camp every Wednesday, starting at 10:00am on Mortlake Green. Classes last one hour.
When you’re done, it’s back to Pickle & Rye where you’ll get a free post-training drink and you can treat yourself to a lovely brunch from their fabulous menu.
The cost per class is £10 each or buy 10, get the final one free! Free drink included (brunch not included).

What does boot camp involve?
A combination of circuit and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for one hour, including a warm up and cool down. This will involve bodyweight exercises as well as use of equipment. Each week will be different so there is no time to get bored!
Who’s it for?
Anyone who is 16+ and wanting to get fit the fun way! There will be exercises which cater for all, so if you feel your fitness level may not be up to scratch, think again! Boot Camp is designed to allow you to push yourself as hard as you like.
What to bring?
Yourself, wearing workout gear and trainers!
Maybe a towel
