Support for South West Londoners following a stroke

Categories: East Sheen,East Sheen News,News

Local charity, Moving On, aims to improve the quality of life of stroke survivors by providing a forum where members can meet new people, enjoy each other’s company, and keep well and active.

Activities:
Together with our members, we plan an interesting programme of activities, such as outings, entertainment, quizzes and exercises. We also welcome your family and friends to join us. For more information, see here. We also run a Young Stroke Group and a Carers’ Support Group, and can organise your transport, where necessary.

Team:
Our team includes dedicated volunteers, stroke survivors and medical students. Each one has an interest in and a deep understanding of stroke, and is committed to supporting our members.
