Whatever it is you are struggling with, CAP Release Groups provide a safe and confidential place where you can tackle the issue right at the core to break free and stay free.
East Sheen Baptist Church has partnered with CAP to help people tackle their dependencies. The free course is inspired by the tried-and-tested 12-steps format and lasts eight weeks.
Anyone wanting to find out more is invited to an awareness evening at 7pm on April 19 at East Sheen Baptist Church Hall.
